I think the server components need a reboot or some part of the system needs to be looked at. Seems to have been getting worse as the week has gone on....

Did we ever figure out the best course of action to get the instance mod from SDF to look at it?

Yeah, it's been slow. Maybe we can get them to update the Lemmy version while they're at it. Lots of performance improvements in newer versions

How could we get involved with helping? I have relevant experience. I'm sure others do as well.

I think the best we can do is post on the Unix shell bboard system and request an update to the Lemmy version.
