So he said about 10 Patriot rockets, and 30 were to be shipped prior to halt. That's "US will send Ukraine less weapons", not more.
The whiplash with Trump is awful. It's a bit easier if you zoom out a bit, it is clear he is significantly less pro-Ukraine than Biden. But I think even Trump can't decide if he is pro-Putin or not. I think part of it is Putin simply doesn't want to kiss the ring, while Zelensky holds his ground, but does what is necessary to save his country and people.
Pooty is simply happy to be staging a distraction for West, that is these sham negotiations, where Russians arrived with same set of demands they had 3 years ago (yes, capitulation), and same impudent attitude.
And Taco Don probably got "lol no" when he again brought up topic of direct meeting of him and Pooty.
