Hasn't the continent of Africa suffered enough??

The humane thing to do is to launch him into space, where he yearns to be. He can have the distinction of being the first human on Mars, just tie him to the front of a rocket and aim it vaguely at the direction of the reddest thing in the sky. If it happens to be the afternoon sun, so be it, he was the one to cut funding for qualified scientists after all.

It's way harder to hit the sun than to hit Mars weirdly enough. I recommend making Musk contribute to asteroid defense by recreating Armageddon. Surely it's easy to teach a billionaire to drill in space, he does work 100 million times harder or more efficiently than a normal person
