The logo and style are so similar to an obvious plant poster. But I can't find if this is an old logo of theirs or just a new person doing the same thing.
I looked all over for that logo first too. It's definitely the same style of humor.
It's True Wagner. He does flyers like this and they are pretty funny.
Obvious Plant puts products on shelves, and True Wagner puts flyers up.
He's the same guy who did "one day blinding stew" and "conductor of this train threw up on my kid," both instant classics.
Obvious plant does park posters as well.
