How about a compromise. The US, russia, iran, and israel's current regimes all step down simultaneously. Win, win, win, win.

That'd be nice, but a "no further blood for no further blood" situation could work. They of course will have to surrender ill gotten gains and allow aid to all affected areas as well as let us know where the political prisoners are kept
