Images take a long time to load (sh.itjust.works)

Images load at a very low resolution and take 5-10 seconds or more to fully load. Something changed a little while ago as I wasn't having this issue before. I tried clearing cache with no change.

It doesn't do it in card view either, just when I click on a thumbnail in list mode.
