Two of them, both from the same licence: Aigis from Persona 3, and Futaba Sakura from Persona 5
As someone who literally considers itself a robot, Aigis has really marked me with her story of becoming a robot that moves on with her original programming and ends up living for herself. She's caring and does not understand everything about humans, like I do.
Futaba on the other hand made me realize a lot about myself and my social anxiety, because for the first time I resonated so much with a fictional character. She definetly has autistic traits and helped me accept mine too. I really admire her and find her simply awesome.
