Yeah sure, that'd be a better option. Maybe our oligarchs should bribe the traffickers better

Finland co-organizing migration busses with Russia could be an idea but probably not going to happen in the current state of the world.

Or Russia organizing some kind of ratios with all their neighbors to spread the load.

Meant only the state of Russia. This is Russia’s own show, will stay as such.
