Good on you for not supporting that horrible practice.

Being forced out three months later, that's as cold as it gets. I am guessing this wasn't some tiny small mom and pop shop either?

It's small, but not mom & pop.. its a start up with plenty of cash but pretty bad management. The number of people that have come and gone in the past few years is staggering and I've been actively trying to leave as well with no luck so far. I did have a promising interview yesterday though so fingers crossed.
