Maybe, but annoying af when their incapable spawn starts walking around town. The parents are so over-protective, they start screaming and attacking you if you come near their baby.
One species sometimes opens fire if you come to close to its kids...

How dare other species look after their young?!
Outrageous.
Right, but you don't even have to be actually near them. Like, you're walking to the grocery store or something, and like 60 ft away is a baby gull and these fuckers are attacking YOUR kids while we're all just trying to pass. We don't even understand until we see this little thing walking around waaay over there. It's different, and annoying/dangerous.
If ya children cannot fend off a seagull attack, then ya raised them wrong.
