Yes, if it's just a test a voice echoes through the hills, "THIS IS A TEST OF THE EMERGENCY WARNING SYSTEM. THIS IS ONLY A TEST." This is a video of a similar siren. Now imagine 4 of these super loud and far away.
Now if it IS real, I don't know what that sounds like because the wind is too loud to hear it.
