Can it really be said that an undead below the age of 150 has really honed their powers? Has she really had time to drain enough mortals of their vitality and memories? That upstart Biden didn't seem to have accumulated any memories or vigor despite consuming the essence of multitudes - You just can't depend on juvenile vampires to know what they're doing.
