This is going to fuck up the oceans. If US violates international agreements to do this, China is going to follow on a much bigger scale and destroy seabeds everywhere. Look at what they've done with fishing. If we think environmental damage is bad, we ain't see nothing yet.

Not that I necessarily disagree that China would do it on a huge scale but what makes you think the US under Trump and his billionaire buddy psychopaths wouldn't do it on a catastrophic scale already?
