Welcome to c/news! Please read the Hexbear Code of Conduct and remember... we're all comrades here.

Rules:

-- PLEASE KEEP POST TITLES INFORMATIVE --

-- Overly editorialized titles, particularly if they link to opinion pieces, may get your post removed. --

-- All posts must include a link to their source. Screenshots are fine IF you include the link in the post body. --

-- If you are citing a twitter post as news please include not just the twitter.com in your links but also nitter.net (or another Nitter instance). There is also a Firefox extension that can redirect Twitter links to a Nitter instance: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/libredirect/ or archive them as you would any other reactionary source using e.g. https://archive.today/ . Twitter screenshots still need to be sourced or they will be removed --

-- Mass tagging comm moderators across multiple posts like a broken markov chain bot will result in a comm ban--

-- Repeated consecutive posting of reactionary sources, fake news, misleading / outdated news, false alarms over ghoul deaths, and/or shitposts will result in a comm ban.--

-- Neglecting to use content warnings or NSFW when dealing with disturbing content will be removed until in compliance. Users who are consecutively reported due to failing to use content warnings or NSFW tags when commenting on or posting disturbing content will result in the user being banned. --

-- Using April 1st as an excuse to post fake headlines, like the resurrection of Kissinger while he is still fortunately dead, will result in the poster being thrown in the gamer gulag and be sentenced to play and beat trashy mobile games like 'Raid: Shadow Legends' in order to be rehabilitated back into general society. --

indiana, baby. The Crossroads of America. you know, i read once that back in the long ago olden times, they used to purposely execute people at crossroads so their ghosts wouldn't know which road to follow back to seek revenge. that about sums up indiana.

When they arrived, officers noticed Rivers had something on her waistband that looked like a firearm, the affidavit stated.

"I advised Carrie Rivers on the law in regard to having a firearm on school premises and that it was an arrestable offense. She understood and stated that she didn't even realize that she had it on because she is so used to wearing it and has been on school property with it before."

The suspect's husband, Leon Rivers, said his wife meant no harm and has a firearm for "security around all the time" and "forgot to leave it" behind when she was “rushing in” to school that day.

"We see (other parents) bring guns into the school all the time, just to drop kids off," he told NBC News on Tuesday. "I mean, you know, just coming and dropping the kids off and walking back out, like, for three seconds. They park in the front, drop the kid off, walk them in, and walk right back out."

yeah, man, you know me. always running around with my gun in the waistband of my sweatpants. running my errands to the various schools, playgrounds, and parks. i do it so frequently, in my waistband like that, for security. people talk about something called a "holster", but that's for amateurs and weekend warriors.

I know a cop wife who dropped her revolver out of her pocket when she went to pick up her dog's poop. White Americans are deranged

we've all been there, just taking the air, casually, but always ready to tactically deploy ourselves as a combat element with maximum kinetic response to enemy action.

the price of freedom in god's militia is the readiness to set condition zero at every breath and blow a hole the size of a potato in anyone with a direct line of sight.

I know a bootlicker who's friends with a cop. He went to a cop party to celebrate a new hog being inducted to the pack. While they were there and very drunk, they all wanted to see the new hog's service weapon. The hog, eager to comply, whipped it out but dropped it on the floor while doing so. Fortunately, it didn't go off.
