So, assuming you can't find pricing right now would mean that you are speculating entirely and basing your whole argument on that.

But if you actually google it

https://www.walmart.com/ip/Mario-Kart-World-U-S-Version/15940407280

You will find that this physical game is 80 dollars on preorder at walmart.

A further search will show a number of games available for preorder

https://www.ign.com/articles/nintendo-switch-2-game-preorder-listings-are-live

And if you scroll through (its just a short way down the article, the most expensive game is 80 dollars and the cheapest is 40 dollars.

Does that change anything about you opinion? Now that i have backed up my argument?

Too expensive my g. As stated above, $80 is too much. Not all games will be $80 either

My dude! You were saying 90 and 100, which you haven't been able to provide any proof for. I showed you literal evidence that you are wrong, and i feel like you are ignoring that. You should accept when you are wrong about something. I absolutely will if you provide evidence to back up a claim

As i stated, multiple times. Yes, 80 dollars is a lot. And arguably too much.

But to bring up the very first thing i said again. It's just not new.

Admittedly it is more often than not the deluxe versions or 2nd tier of a games release that breaks the 80 dollar barrier but there are absolutely games over the past 5 to 10 years that have cost more than 80 dollars

Evben retro games had some going for 80 or more (in todays money thats 187 dollars give or take)

Have you seen how much is costs to buy destiny the game? With all of the expansions (which sometimes get "sunsetted" meaning they take the content away as it becomes defunct due to power level shift and game mechanic altereations as well as light level resets)

Depending on where you buy it and what deals are on and if you buy the whole bundle or buy it in stages, it's anywhere between 150 to 280 dollars. And then that game is riddled with microtransactions.

https://store.epicgames.com/en-US/all-dlc/destiny-2?sortBy=relevancy&sortDir=DESC&count=40

So its not new.

I dont think its good, i dont want to spend that much on games. But the outrage is based on a false premise. Thats all i ever argued. And so far you have insulted me, acted condescendingly towards me, basically called me a schill for nintendo.

Yet i have consistently backed up my claims with evidence and repeatedly stated that i dont believe 80 dollars for a game is a fair price.

Please at least acknowledge that you may have come in a bit hot and might have been wrong in your initial claim.
