To be fair though, this is not exclusively a Press problem, it's a problem caused by a weak and insecure president.

All respected and strong world leaders recognise the value of robust opposition and criticism. It makes sure they don't get too far up themselves.

Trump has no such strength and security. You must polish his delicate ego, or you're out. The Press asking difficult questions is not something he has the capacity to handle.
