Those are probably some of the most common tattoos and they just listed them so they have an excuse to send anyone with tattoos to SEACOT. I expect this sort of thing to continue. Kilmar has protected legal status and the Trump administration has admitted it deported him accidentally. But the Trump administration refuses to try to get him back claiming that Trump's "primacy in foreign affairs" outweighs the needs of Kilmar and his family.
