I could be wrong here but the chips i usually look at under the scope are not quite this colorful, so i think this one is post processed. Its a pretty wide shot so this should still just be an optical microscope not an electron one.

Yes. This looks more like a screenshot of physical design software to me.

Overlaid with the VLSI design maybe? Cadence is pretty colorful
