Ugh I'd rather have fewer neoliberals than more Lemmy content. They're tiresome
Ok, I see you are not talking about astroturfing. I'm sorry people on Lemmy disagree with you, but that is actually healthy for Lemmy to grow.
Yes it's astroturfing
Yeah bud, itβs healthy discussing opposing view points with the right leaning. Echo chambers are not healthy and you should always look to expand your own views and understanding through discussion.
Neoliberalism is a constricting view
I mean the same can be said about most right wing view points from my perspective but that does not mean I stop trying to see their view points in order to better inform myself and further strengthen my own understanding about why I choose to believe what I do.
Neoliberalism IS a right-wing point of view
Yes, I know that. Itβs the view point of essentially free-markets and deregulating. I am just saying there is no point in blocking the right wingers because bringing their views to light and by questioning them as well challenging their view points is the better play then sticking ourselves into an echo chamber.
Ah I gotcha. I mean, yeah, I broadly agree with you
True, but what do neoliberals have to do with that?
