Secretary of State Marco Rubio feels as though he is being ignored by the Trump administration and excluded from any important foreign policy decisions, reported Gabriel Sherman in a Vanity Fair article published on Tuesday.

I'm amazed when they are genuinely surprised every time Trump does this kind of thing. Are they really that delusional and think "I'm different. He won't do it to me". Then the leopard eats their face and they are amazed.

Every conservative, from the highest ranking official down to the lowest blue collar worker, believes that they are the exception. They will be spared. They will see their enemies under their boot.

If Putin continues his way, Trump will be on the underside of Putin's heel and he'll have the biggest Pikachu face the world has ever seen.
