Just curious if there's bots on mastodon that you can attempt interact with. I might make a bot that pretends to be human using ollama just to see how it goes. Because that would be interesting

There's a good reason why you should register your bot on platforms like Lemmy or Mastodon: it allows users to filter out bots if they prefer not to engage with them. While experimenting is perfectly acceptable, it's important to respect the etiquette and rules of the community. Failing to register your bot could lead to a ban from the server, depending on its specific guidelines.

I just disclose it because I don't want to insult people's intelligence or gaslight. Plus idk if the mastodon team is attempt to find undisclosed bots

It depends on your server instance rules but usually you must disclose.
