What is the point? Reverse image search yields Taiga Aisaka (Toradora!), Cow Girl (Goblin Slayer), Astolfo (Fate).

Please note that some of the people in the jousou community do in fact identify as x-gender (Japan's own take on nonbinary identities), and even seen some that later became trans women.
