Another key point is that no serious Socialist movement in history has been about "equal pay" or "lacking incentives for skilled labor." The idea of Socialism and Communism that exists in the minds of anticommunists is the kind that was debunked by Communists centuries ago as Utopian and lacking Materialist analysis.
