the actual answer is probably the closest equivalent to whatever the word for edging is which I'm sure there is an equivalent for but i am not going to investigate this sorry
I didn't know the word so I looked it up, and found {边控|bian1kong4} lit edge control (not a native speaker though so not sure how widely understood this is used outside of BDSM community)

I think the tantric side of Daoist mysticism/alchemy has semen retention as a way of preserving vital energy, but... as to whether that has its own terminology or not I am also not going to investigate.
