I know there is one for France, but is there a European one?

LOL, a country roughly the size of Maryland (one of the smaller states) has more trains than USA.

For France I've been using https://carto.tchoo.net/

For Netherlands it seems there's this one https://en.treinposities.nl/

I don't know about a full european one, it would need cooperation and shared information from all the countries, which is feasible, but I don't know if they would consider it (effort for something that isn't profitable for them, probably)

There is also https://www.map.signalbox.io/ for the British mainland (not sure if it's the right word, I'm not from there).
