It sounds to me like the original comment and the guy saying 6x the dose are talking about the pure chemical substance whereas the others are talking about the dried plant.
That might be it.
It's right, except for the part about mushrooms being plants.
I knew I must be wrong with that when I typed it but for some reason fungus wasn't coming to me and I said fuck it.
