With U.S. president-elect Donald Trump's inauguration just days away, the federal government announced it is sending a slew of drones and two Black Hawk helicopters to the shared border to begin beefed-up patrols β€” along with 11th-hour hope it will be enough to placate the incoming administration.

What do the Vietnamese know about being on the longest land border in the world, within striking distance of every single modern Drone/Bomber/Rocket, with the US?

Sending Troops and equipment overseas to attack is a costly and logistically difficult endeavour. If Vietnam was on the border of the US when the US invaded, Vietnam wouldn't exist today.
