Get yelled at by your boss
Get sexually harassed by your boss's boss
Most of your department is laid off, but not you

Feminine energy:

But anyway the real answer is you remember that redditor who got fired from Google a while back for posting a rant on their internal message board whining because he wasn't allowed to be racist? It's that. That's masculine energy.
