Dumb factoid but the file browser that Ubuntu uses is called Nautilus and this is the only reason I know what a nautilus is.
And mint uses Nemo. If i had a nickel for every vaguely ocean themed file explorer i know of...
KDE's file explorer is called Dolphin. 👀
