The pullout of Afghanistan was finalized under Biden but it was Trump’s plan, and Biden even delayed it slightly

When Obama left office, there was no plan for leaving Afghanistan. He just gestured towards if and never did anything.

When Trump left office there was a specific date on the calendar everyone was supposed to be out by and a timeline that was in progress for leaving.

Those aren’t the same thing
