What an incredibly PC word for BLOOD DIAMONDS! I’m sure the world will be a much safer place downplaying that or if you prefer BLOOD MINERALS. But conflict minerals doesn’t exactly sound as hostile as it should.

Well, they're talking about "tin, tantalum and tungsten", not diamonds, so that part makes sense. They did water down the title compared to the article where they describe them as "blood minerals" though, you're right about that.
