Did you configure port forwarding properly? Otherwise it might be that leechers can't contact you.

I mean, I've seeded just short of 7tb over the past 6months, so I'm sending a decent amount of data out, it's just less than I'm downloading.

You probably aren't connectable from the outside. You need to port forward to support the network.

I do port forward, I can also seed at maximum upload bandwidth (1gbit)
