And in the last decade maybe Russia itself supplied NK and gets back their own stuff now.

NK and Russia going hand in hand since a long time. Even today there are prison working camps with NK citizens inside the territory of south east russia that do slave work in the wood-working industries. There are documentations on youtube about those camps. Even further back when the US fought against Korea, while in air-fights with supposed Korean aircrafts, there were in some situations with russian chatters on the intercom showing that in those planes were not at all Korean pilots but russian pilots steering their own known machines under the flag of the Koreans. They both work hand in hand since decades. Their despise for humans and human rights is perfectly on par. They both support the same idea of totalitarian approaches to lead their countries where the citizens have no say in the process and can be used and detained at will for the good of a small ruling family/class.
