A "Showerthought" is a simple term used to describe the thoughts that pop into your head while you're doing everyday things like taking a shower, driving, or just daydreaming. A showerthought should offer a unique perspective on an ordinary part of life.

Is it though?

Unless you're talking party pizza, it's pretty much designed to be eaten by a single person.

A large pizza is not meant to be eaten by one person lmfao

No, I promise you it isn't. Just because you can doesn't mean you should. Unless it says it's for one person, it isn't.

I can promise you it is. Unless it says it's for more then one person.

Unless it says it's a personal pizza, it isn't. Check the nutritional facts.

personal pizza

Yeah, that's not a thing or term of any meaning (unless you mean a customised pizza, like choosing your own toppings). But believe what ever you want, mate.

Are you kidding me? Where do you live? Personal pizza is a very common term everywhere I've lived on the east coast US. I'm pretty confident anywhere in the US, at minimum, that's a common term.
