Summary

Hispanic and LGBTQ communities have been targeted with disturbing anonymous text messages threatening deportation or “re-education camps,” escalating fear and uncertainty.

Latino students in Georgia received texts about deportation, while a lesbian entrepreneur in Nevada was told to report to a camp promoting conversion therapy.

Authorities, including ICE and the FBI, confirmed the messages are hoaxes, but fear of reporting persists among immigrant families.

These messages have instilled fear and uncertainty, especially among immigrant families, but advocates are urging victims to report incidents to trusted officials or community leaders to combat the harassment.

Between this and the plantation texts how the fuck is the FBI not giving any external communication about investigations. Do they really have absolutely nothing to show?

These texts are domestic terrorism. They're non-violent but they absolutely fit the bill for terrorism.

Do they really have absolutely nothing to show?

They don't want to find out. The backers are coming into office in two months' time.

The FBI does not live tweet their investigations.

The FBI doesnt give two shits about domestic terrorism, and has only ever perpetrated it.

They were super busy investigatating black lives matters protestors for example... While they also readily admit nazis are a bigger problem.

Like all cops they prefer low hanging fruit that doesn't fight back, and a lot of them simply agree with the racists.

ACAB includes the FBI that investigated and murdered Fred Hampton.

Yeah but domestic terrorism itself (last I checked) has no criminal statute. It would be much easier if we had a law defining domestic terror and how to prosecute it.

It's under terrorism and yes there are many laws.

What a clown
