There aren't just two sides to the conflict. There are at least four. Israel does not represent its people and Hamas does not represent Palestinians.
A statement in support of Palestinians shouldn't be offensive unless you hate Muslims for being Muslim or do not understand the conflict.
But if I dislike them for killing lgbt members?
