Fallout 3, The Pitt DLC. Deciding whether to take the baby.
Interesting. I have 100% in this game but all I remember of that dlc is wishing it would end sooner because it wasn't any fun.
The baby part is near the end, so if you had already mentally checked out hours ago it probably didn't impact you much. It's a decent DLC, I think hampered by a frankly, ugly environment, but it was supposed to be ugly, so I suppose they succeeded.
A lot of people consider the pitt to be the best fo3 dlc (aside from Broken Steel)
