Is this so that the conscripts will be able to read the US weapons’ user manuals?
Partly (the article does refer to it being the language of NATO), but it looks to be more about joining the EU.
So EU taxpayers can stay paying off the massive debts to the USA.
Maybe for the contractors? There was that news story earlier
