Again, I think it's just a stylistic choice. Albeit a super inconsistent and jarring one.

They'd be nuts to release this without a toggle for stop-motion movement during gameplay.

I wouldn't expect them to add a toggle, that would probably require exporting all the animations twice, unless they do a bit of a hack in engine to smooth it out, but that might look even worse tbh ๐Ÿ˜‚

Or probably wouldn't look so bad after playing the game for awhile as your brian will adjust, until you don't play it for a bit and then come back to it ๐Ÿ˜‚, Kinda like when you see the stop motion robots in the original robocop or terminator etc. "I don't remember it looking so framey when it first came out"
