It's not an either or situation. It's extra genocide with the current genocide if Trump is elected.
Current amount of Genocide with a party in power that at least has some trying to stop it, vs, extra genocide, certainly feels like an either or situation.
Unless you were implying a third party could win.
I think it was poor wording but he's saying: trump = current genocide worsens + new genocides in US. Biden = current genocide stays the same, no new genocide in US.
