Not excited for tencent, but the idea of an rts that de-emphasizes APM sounds really intriguing to me.

Age of Empires 2 is heading that direction right now. Patch after patch. Also one of the few games where the APM isn't the deciding factor even at the top.

AoE4 feels like a game from 2000 though.

I'd argue that's what Cannon Brawl and Tooth and Tail already did.
