Yes. You should have received a text message about a week ago that the system was being tested today and to not panic
This is the first I’m hearing of the pre-text warning. I found out through memes maybe 3 days ago!
Memes are where I get most of my news these days
This would be funny if it werent so relatable
I never got any warning. The only way I found out was through lemmy
I hadn't heard anything until on public radio 3 minutes prior. then the alert was 2 minutes early!
