Germany just legalized Cannabis, effective this month.
A big step certainly, but didn't they still make the sale of cannabis illegal?
Yes. Unfortunately itβs a pretty bad law. Who knows how long it will survive.
You can grow your own pot for private use. I think that's a pretty good step.
