I don’t get the showering part.
A bit of self care can often help a mood
Yeah I always feel less anxious after a good shower, it’s cathartic!
I'm the opposite, showers make me more anxious!
I'd say exercise and/or shower when you feel bad about yourself.
Yeah, I really like this image, but getting naked is the last thing that would help my self-esteem.
