This is a most excellent place for technology news and articles.
If it wasn't for the inevitable scope creep/tracking/privacy implications I'd be ok with this idea. It's not hard people, just add your recent snack wrapper to the other pile in that rolling garbage scow you're sitting in and scoop it out when you get home.
My favorites are the ones who let it pile up so much that trash flows out when the door is opened.

I know it isn't. But my comment wasn't about cameras.
The idea is that IF this was used to track littering it'd be nice, the chance of it staying limited to that narrow scope is effectively zero though.
