Movie premieres sometime in 2024. This movie depicts events from light novel volumes 12 and 13. In the timeline, the events take place during season 4 of the anime. See this comment for more details as it is a bit complicated. First season synopsis from AniList:

The story takes place in the year 2138 when virtual reality gaming is booming. Yggdrasil, a popular online game is quietly shut down one day. However, the protagonist Momonga decides to not log out. Momonga is then transformed into the image of a skeleton as “the most powerful wizard.” The world continues to change, with non-player characters (NPCs) beginning to feel emotion. Having no parents, friends, or place in society, this ordinary young man Momonga then strives to take over the new world the game has become.

I look forward to meeting a brand new and colorful cast of characters at this kingdom, learning their goals and dreams and then having them die in 0.5 seconds when they try to fight any of our protagonists.

This arc does better than just that, it is the arc that introduces Neia, the prophet of the one true god, the glorious Deity of Justice, AINZ OOAL GOWN!

Also CZ Delta should finally get some proper screen time.
