Ini lebih kearah pertanyaan budaya sih.

Kalau dari sisi hukum kan memang niat ada pertimbangan beberbea. Misalnya kecelakaan nabrak orang sampe mati karena niat ngebut tapi ga niat bunuh, beda kategorinya di UU dengan memang niat tabrak bunuh.

Beberapa Contoh budaya yang imo buruk tapi mungkin niatnya baik

• korban perkosa malah disuruh nikah sama pelaku
• masjid polusi suara, malah sampe teriak2 pecah
• ngaji = baca/hafal doank, kaga di kaji.
