Last time I was there they didn't even have butter. Some margarine crap. And no maple syrup either. Just some crappy high fructose flavored watery stuff.
Just awful. I am surprised you found anything edible.

I think you name the range, and then you can do the same using ctrl+shit+L
I may not remember right, but I haves used calc and excel interchangeably since it was open office. Some things in excel drive me up the wall, some things in calc do to.
Either way, the best thing I found was get the data out of spread sheets and into something that can work with it better. Like sql or pandas.
But I get that for financial work, it is a staple. Which frightens me to no end.
How old is the Linux mint kernal and and driver? Have you tried a live dvd of a more current distro just to see if those problems aren't solved? Fedora would be a decent example, it is really current. Or an arch derivative.
And my kids school requires every parent to have a Google account to track progress and share information.
Was just trying an update again and so slow. .
Also lots of images aren't loading on Lemmy, I was beginning to think something was wrong with my network until I read this and realized just a conincidence
The thing is it doesn't matter. People already couldn't tell if things were real or not. Facts have been out the window for a long time.
This doesn't change anything. People are just stupid.
I saw a study the other day that mentioned that Sweden during the pandemic had a median time of 30 days sick leave for those who had Covid.
In the US that would be rare if not impossible for a lot of people. I would think if someone could get a shot that would lessen symptoms or duration in a country that has such a poor health care safety net it might be worth while.
Lol what? I never mentioned trans students at all.
No its not universal. Its depressing other schools won't make the effort and I only said it because I am hoping people realize it doesn't have to be this way.
A school, parents, and community can try and focus kids attention on being better. But they don't. Hell many communities and parents are becoming worse.
I got involved because I had good reason to think my kids would have been targets.
Edit: I am not stupid, I know it occurs, but it is infrequent. They schools make equity and inclusiveness a cornerstone of education. Well at least they did, who know what will happen now.
Whatever. Actually I was asking them because they very much are the kids that might have been bullied.
I get it, nobody wants it to go away or be addressed. If someone like me says it can be better it's jokes and no it can't.
And that's why it is a problem.
No. The opposite of that.
The schools make a safe place to go to school part of the curriculum. They do not turn a blind eye. They also don't threaten punishment, but encourage inclusiveness. Of course that is WOKE now so most other schools are going to ramp up the bullying.
I talked to my kids and their friends many times over the years, and was surprised because it is so different than what I had.
They just don't even see the point in harassing anyone, it has no value to them, and they never get harassed either.
I can't abide a breakfast that doesn't have butter or maple syrup. And they have neither.
