Or, run some smaller gauge wire with the cat5 so that you can use it later to pull more through easily. (The wire you pull through later should also have some small gauge wire attached, for the next time)

80% isopropyl alcohol. Use a soft brush wet with some of the alcohol. Brush around the affected areas. Let it dry and that’s all for me.

I wouldn’t recommend dousing electronics in less than 90%. Feels sketchy. But I have nothing to back that up besides “electronics cleaner” being 99% iso.

(Wealth)Simpletax here in Canada.

Wealthsimple buying it gave me feelings, but they haven’t fucked up…. Yet.

I’ve been using Bazzite for a few months now on a 40xx card.

Things have been pretty good. Firefox freezes and crashes more than I’d like, sometimes it takes a few tries for apps to open. But overall it’s been fine!

I use a specialised hammer-and-anvil system that produces an audible notification whenever someone use it.

Even the dude installing it had to wear a mask, so he’s not tempted to eat any.

Raw Linseed oil can work, though it is still an organic oil and can go rancid.

I (personally) stick to white/food grade mineral oil and finish with a paste made from melting beeswax into warm mineral oil.

Friend started dating a guy. Guy would spend a bunch of time over at friends house. Lo and behold, one day we visit and there’s a new bidet that BF ‘bought for friend’.

We all know BF bought for himself.

Honestly I have a meaty endgrain cutting board, and unless it gets wet, I usually leave it alone.

It gets an oil and wax as needed (the colour fades, for example)

I had heard Bamboo was resistant to that sort of thing?

(It’s still good advice, more an academic question)

What kind of finish you gonna put on them?

I’m looking to leverage the Thunderbolt port on my desktop to get more USB ports.

Looking around and most Thunderbolt hubs are for laptops and have hdmi and Ethernet and such that I don’t really want.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a simple hub?

Some Type-a and c ports world be lovely.
