imma go with "have-starving" or "staving" (starving even though you have stuff), also known as "not-have-hungry" or "nongry" (hungry for some food you don't have yet). If it was German you could just fuse the words to a single long instead of coming up with these mash-up words but english ist is not flexible like that.
